NTC熱敏電阻分選儀介紹

       NTC是負溫度系數(shù)的英文縮寫, 所謂NTC 熱敏電阻分選儀就是負溫度系數(shù)熱敏電阻器。它是以錳、鈷、鎳和銅等金屬氧化物為主要材料, 采用陶瓷工藝制造而成的。這些金屬氧化物材料都具有半導(dǎo)體性質(zhì), 因為在導(dǎo)電方式上完全類似鍺、硅等半導(dǎo)體材料。溫度低時, 這些氧化物材料的載流子( 電子和孔穴) 數(shù)目少, 所以其電阻值較高; 隨著溫度的升高, 載流子數(shù)目增加, 所以電阻值降低。利用這一特性, 可將NTC 熱敏電阻通過測量其電阻值來確定相應(yīng)的溫度, 從而達到檢測和控制溫度的目的。采用不同的制作工藝方法, 結(jié)構(gòu), 形狀, 可以獲得各種各樣的NTC 熱敏電阻, 它們廣泛應(yīng)用于溫度測量, 溫度補償?shù)阮I(lǐng)域。NTC 在生產(chǎn)出來后, 每個阻值隨溫度變化的特性并不一致, 這就需要對 NTC 按照不同的阻值變化范圍進行分選。本系統(tǒng)以 PIC16F877A 芯片作為下位機控制NTC 分選過程, 采用8 位高速單片機C8051F022 做為核心的上位機進行數(shù)據(jù)管理, 串行EEPROM芯片來記錄數(shù)據(jù); 并利用 CH375 芯片將記錄數(shù)據(jù)安全而準確地轉(zhuǎn)儲到U 盤上, 可以方便的對數(shù)據(jù)進行存儲和管理, 并配以液晶顯示屏, 人機交互更友好。該儀表具有分選準確, 運行穩(wěn)定, 操作簡便, 人機界面友好, 管理方便的優(yōu)點。

1.電阻分選儀 下位機控制模塊
     PIC 系列單片機是美國微芯推出的CMOS 系列單片機, 該系列芯片采用精簡指令集(RISC) , 哈佛總線結(jié)構(gòu), 2 級流水線取指令方式, 具有實用、低價、指令集小、簡單易學(xué)、低功耗、高速度、體積小、功能強等特點, 體現(xiàn)了單片機發(fā)展的一種新趨勢。PIC16F877A 是微芯公司采用14 位RISC 指令集的中級產(chǎn)品。該芯片內(nèi)含A/D、內(nèi)部EEPROM 存儲器、比較輸出、捕捉輸入、PWM 輸出、I2C 和SPI 接口、LCD 驅(qū)動、FLASH 程序存儲器讀寫等功能, 應(yīng)用十分廣泛。 PIC16F877A 首先通過I2C 總線從模/數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換部分獲取數(shù)據(jù)。這里采用了ADS1110 芯片進行A/D 轉(zhuǎn)換。 ADS1110 是精密的連續(xù)自校準模/數(shù)(A/D) 轉(zhuǎn)換器帶有差分輸入和高達16 位的分辨率封裝為小型 SOT23 - 6。片內(nèi)2.048V 的基準電壓提供范圍為± 2.048V 的輸入差分電壓。ADS1110 使用可兼容的I2C 串行接口在2.7V 至5.5V 的單電源下工作。ADS1110 可每秒采樣15、30、60 或240 次以進行轉(zhuǎn)換。片內(nèi)可編程的增益放大器( PGA) 提供高達8 倍的增益, 并且允許以高分辨率對較小的信號進行測量。在單周期轉(zhuǎn)換方式中ADS1110 在一次轉(zhuǎn)換之后自動掉電在空閑期間極大地減少了電流消耗。ADS1110 的連接電路如圖2 所示。圖中RX 為待測電阻, R0 為標準電阻, 為了保證測量準確, 其上所加的2 伏電壓是由10 伏精密電壓基準芯片REF102 將輸入24 伏電壓轉(zhuǎn)換為10 伏電壓基準后, 再經(jīng)過電阻分壓和電壓跟隨器隔離后產(chǎn)生的, 電壓十分的穩(wěn)定。待測電阻RX 兩端的電壓再經(jīng)過一個電壓跟隨器隔離, 如圖3 上OP07 所示電路, 以防止電路右邊的阻抗對測量的影響, 然后再經(jīng)過一個一階濾波后傳輸給了ADS1110, 這樣就排除了外界對檢測的干擾, 保證了待測電阻RX 兩端電壓穩(wěn)定, A/D 轉(zhuǎn)換的精度極高。 C8051F022,PIC,Small RTOS  
3電阻分選儀系統(tǒng)組成及工作原理
     本電阻分選儀系統(tǒng)功能由硬件和軟件兩大部分協(xié)調(diào)完成, 電阻分選儀硬件部分主要完成各個傳感器信號的采集、轉(zhuǎn)換, 電磁閥的動作, 數(shù)據(jù)的存儲及各種信息的顯示; 軟件主要完成信號的處理和控制, 數(shù)據(jù)的管理等功能。軟件方面首先由PIC 芯片的程序完成信號的轉(zhuǎn)換和控制, 同時在C8051F022 芯片上移植入Small RTOS 嵌入式操作系統(tǒng), 使其運行的迅速性、實時性和穩(wěn)定性更高, 更好的進行數(shù)據(jù)的管理和存儲。電阻分選儀整個系統(tǒng)的工作原理是首先將待測NTC 浸泡在油中來保持其恒溫, 然后將其兩端電壓通過串行模/數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器件ADS1110 轉(zhuǎn)換成數(shù)字信號后傳送給 PIC16F877A 單片機, 接著PIC16F877A 將所得的數(shù)值與先測得的標準電阻的數(shù)值相比較后進行分檔, 再通過74LS595 移位寄存器輸出控制電磁閥的動作, 從而將NTC 正確的分選出來。同時PIC16F877A 將分檔值通過485 通訊傳輸給C8051F022 芯片。C8051F022 將數(shù)據(jù)實時的顯示在液晶屏, 并把數(shù)據(jù)存入串行EEPROM 芯片24AA512 中, 操作人員隨時可以用U 盤將數(shù)據(jù)拷走保存。C8051F022 也可以將輸入的一些參數(shù), 比如速度, 分檔值等, 保存并傳送給PIC16F877, 來控制它的運轉(zhuǎn)。

                           NTC Thermistor Sorter description

        NTC negative temperature coefficient of the English abbreviation, the so-called NTC thermistor Sorter is the negative temperature coefficient thermistor. It is based on manganese, cobalt, nickel and copper and other metal oxides as the main material, made of ceramic manufacturing process. These metal oxide materials have semiconductor properties, because the way completely similar to the conductive germanium, silicon and other semiconductor materials. A different method of production processes, structure, shape, access to a wide range of NTC thermistors, which are widely used in temperature measurement, temperature compensation and other fields. NTC came out in the production, each change in the characteristics of resistance with temperature is not uniform, which need to NTC resistance changes according to different scope of sorting. The system PIC16F877A chip as the next position control NTC separation process, using 8-bit high-speed MCU C8051F022 upper machine as the core data management, serial EEPROM chip to record the data; and use CH375 chip will record data security and accurate to dump to the U disk, it can be convenient for data storage and management, and coupled with liquid crystal display, human-computer interaction more friendly. The instrument has a sorting accuracy, stable operation, easy to operate man-machine interface is friendly, easy management advantages.

1. Resistor sorter under position control module
      PIC series of microcontrollers is introduced in the United States Microchip CMOS Microcontroller, the family reduced instruction set chip (RISC), Harvard bus architecture, 2-stage pipeline to take orders, with a practical, low-cost, instruction set is small, easy to learn, low-power, high speed, small size, functionality and other properties, reflect the development of a new trend microcontroller. PIC16F877A is the use of Microchips 14-bit RISC instruction set of the intermediate products. 3 Resistance sorter system composition and working principle
      The resistor sorter system function consists of hardware and software, coordinating the completion of two parts, resistor sorter hardware, some of the major individual sensor signals the completion of the acquisition, conversion, electromagnetic valve movement, data storage and display all kinds of information; software key the completion of signal processing and control, data management and other functions. Software, first of all procedures are completed by the PIC chip signal conversion and control, while C8051F022 chip implanted into Small RTOS embedded operating system to run as fast, real-time and stability of higher and better data for management and storage.
